Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below so you know what to expect when booking with The Pottery Rooms.

Individual Lessons & Taster Sessions

  • More than 48 hours before your session: Full refund or free rescheduling.
  • Less than 48 hours before your session: No refunds or rescheduling. The full session fee applies.
  • No-shows: If you do not attend your booked session without prior notice, the full fee is forfeited.

Course Bookings

Course bookings (e.g. multi-week programmes) are committed enrolments.

  • Refunds are only available if you cancel 72 hours before the first session of the course.
  • Once a course has started, no refunds will be given for missed sessions.
  • If you miss a session, we will do our best to offer a catch-up where space allows, but this is not guaranteed.

Private Hire & Group Bookings

  • More than 7 days before your event: Full refund.
  • Less than 7 days before your event: No refund.

Cancellations by The Pottery Rooms

In the rare event that we need to cancel a session (e.g. due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will not be extended. Please arrive a few minutes early to make the most of your time with us.
